New Glass Shelves

Karen bought two really cool glass shelves from IKEA the other day. Tonight I put them up when we came home from dinner. They look like they are floating out of the wall. Very cool!

I Made It Thru Passover

Well Passover is over and I actually made it the entire 8 days without any bread. It was the first time I ever did so and it was hard. But with the help of Karen's amazing and creative cooking I did it. A few of the cool things she made was Lasagna (with matzah instead of noodles) and Matzah Pizza. Both were so good you would never know they were made with Matzah. She also made stir fry one night and even lemon icies for dessert. Thanks for making some really cool dishes baby. Here are some photos of the dishes she made.

Passover Kitchen

Tonight we got our kitchen all ready for Passover. We packed away all the bread and placed our Passover food and plates on a separate table. We made everything kosher and covered the counters in tin foil. It looks like we are crazy people trying to protect ourselves from an alien attack.

Mr. Pizza

Mr. Pizza - No not me, the pizza place. So good. Karen has not been feeling well, so I decided to bring her some pizza and a baked ziti to eat while we cuddled on the couch and watched movies all night long. Fun night and she felt better, a little.

This afternoon we got a knock at the door. Ari told me go get it. I opened the door and there were a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me! I was totally surprised since we said no gifts this year. Ari said, "Flowers are not a gift!" He knows how much I really like flowers and he chose a gorgeous pink arrangement. I couldn’t ask for a better man! He is just so perfect in every way!

Wii Bowling - @KarenRotlewicz vs @AriDorfman - Guess who wins?

Tonight after dinner we decided to have a Wii bowling competition. We played about 4 games and I think Karen beat me on everyone, (don't tell her I let her win).

Shabbat Shalom

Karen and I went to the Las Olas Art Fair and purchased a really nice painting that was done on a canvas surface. It shows symbols of the different jewish holidays. In the center is a picture of a shabbat dinner. I also got as a gift from Mark and Mimi a Kiddush cup which is really beautiful. Now we can have a really festive shabbat.
