Today Karen and I put a deposit down on a new house in Cooper City, FL. The complex is called Monterra and we will live in the subdivision Corta Bella. The community is gated and has a big club house, fitness center, and pool. Our house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garage with 3000 sq ft, 2300 of it under air, and it's on a lake.
